Our primary focus is being a commercial and personal lines insurance service provider. Delivering our services via a network of brokers and partners that have been carefully selected, forming a base of intermediaries with whom we have very strong relationships.
Westsure Insurance Botswana and WestLife Insurance Botswana were founded in Botswana in July 2017. We pride ourselves on the fact that our expansion is attributed mainly to the strong relationships we have with our intermediaries. Our focus on service excellence and impeccable work ethic has helped us build a firm and credible reputation that speaks on our behalf.

    In 2021, the Company shareholding changed, with Acute Global Limited having purchased the 100% share through Boago Emerging Markets, a part of the Acute Global Limited group of companies. Acute Global Limited is a diversified investment holdings group with interests in Financial Services, Retail, Energy and Real Estate. Their footprint spans across Botswana through these industries.

Customer Complaints Procedure

A complaint shall be reported and submitted as soon as reasonably possible, In writing to the Compliance Officer, Physically with an option to email it to complaints@westsure.co.bw or delivery by post the below Address

If the complainant is not satisfied after STEP 1, the complaint shall be escalated to the Principal Officer. Thereafter, feedback shall be afforded to the complainant within 72 hours

If the complainant is still not satisfied with the response (or go no response) to STEP 2, the complainant may call for mediation from the industry regulator – Non-Bank Financial Institution Regulatory (NBFIRA)
